The Wishlist

The Wishlist is a curated collection of everything you might want to do during your Disney trips. Unlike scheduled cards, wishlist items persist across all trips in your party.

Wishlist Benefits

  • Persistent — Items stay in your wishlist across all trips
  • Shared — All party members can add, edit, and view items
  • Prioritized — Set priorities to focus on what matters most
  • Flexible — Schedule the same item on multiple trips

Adding Wishlist Items

  1. Go to your party's page
  2. Click Add item in the Wishlist section
  3. Fill in the details:
  4. Title: What do you want to do? (e.g., "Space Mountain", "Cinderella's Royal Table")
  5. Type: Choose from Park, Ride, Travel, Event, Meal, or Goal
  6. Priority: Must do, High, Medium, Low, or Someday
  7. Notes: Any extra details (optional)

Priority Levels

Priority When to use
Must do Absolutely essential — your trip wouldn't be complete without it
High Important — you'll be disappointed if you miss it
Medium Nice to have — would enjoy doing it
Low If there's time — no pressure
Someday Maybe someday — keeping it on the radar

Scheduling from the Wishlist

When planning a trip, you can easily schedule wishlist items:

Using the Board View

  1. Open your trip's Board view
  2. Find the item in the Wishlist column (right side)
  3. Drag it to the day you want to do it
  4. A copy stays in your wishlist — schedule it again for another trip!

Using the List View

  1. On the trip detail page, click Add card for any day
  2. Or go to your wishlist and click Schedule on an item

Managing Your Wishlist

  • Edit: Click the edit icon on any wishlist item
  • Delete: Remove items you no longer want (this doesn't affect scheduled cards)
  • Tags: Organise your items with colourful labels — filter, sort, and manage them on the tag management page
  • View all: Click Manage in the board view or visit the full wishlist page from your party page

Tips

  • Keep your wishlist organized by using priorities
  • Add items even if you're not sure — you can always filter later
  • The wishlist is perfect for "someday" ideas that might not make every trip
  • Schedule popular items early — you can always reschedule if plans change
